On 11th April 2023, at the SETUR facilities in Istanbul, Turkey, took place the second General Assembly of the international project smarTravel. Herein, all partners were very pleasant received by the SETUR delegation and have the opportunity to meet face-to-face in this live event which was a huge success!
In the first day, each partner has opportunity to present their recent developments, with a special focus on the individual use cases. Then, each WP leader presented an overview of the current WP status, and finally, the project coordinator Orkun Kılıçlıoğlu led an open discussion on the common architecture and integration. The result of this day was particularly important for smarTravel project, as it allowed to foster the working synergy between the international partners, which will boost further results.
On the second and last day, the working session continued for the Sistrade and Setur delegations, which joined a working effort to assess questions related to architecture design and questions raised on the previous Mid-Term Review.
The Portuguese delegation, made up by Sistrade and ISEP, also had the opportunity to strengthen institutional relations due to the friendly way in which the Turkish delegation received them, and for that we are particularly grateful to Orkun and Meltem for the peaceful and enjoyable days we have spent in that beautiful city.
