Project Description

Objective:

The Direct to Consumer (TEXP@ct – D2C) project is part of the TEXP@CT Agenda, which aims to develop an advanced platform based on cloud architecture geared towards the consumer experience and e-commerce, specifically designed for SMEs in the fashion and home textiles sectors, to support their digital strategy for B2C and B2B business to establish and consolidate their brand.

It is expected that making this platform available will enable an improved shopping experience via mass customization, online branding implementation strategies, quoting invoicing simplification, and shipping processes.

Through the platform to be developed, the aim is to support the consumer/customer experience through the various phases of that experience (in simplified form, pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase), taking advantage of all the contact points of that experience, namely through functionalities involving highly immersive experiences.
