Objective:

The SmartStream project is part of ABIMOTA’s AM2R agenda, with the aim of digitizing and sustaining companies in the two-wheel sector. In this project, SISTRADE plays the role of technology developer, working alongside IPCA, with MIRANDA and SRAM as demonstrators.

SmartStream aims to develop and test 3 PPSs (Processes, Services and Systems) in a real industrial environment:

PPS 1: Intelligent dematerialization of documents and production flow, whose objective focuses on using artificial intelligence to digitize documents, extract their information and integrate them with ERP systems;

PPS 2: Intelligent RFID system integrated with ERP/MES, focusing on creating a highly reliable RFID reading system that can be easily integrated with existing systems, such as warehouse management and product lifecycle management software.

PPS 3: Innovative cloud platform to replace sustainability information with RFID tags, enabling the exchange of individualized and customizable production information, such as bills of materials, technical data sheets and sustainability information throughout the product’s value chain.
