Objective:
The Advance4i project is part of the PRODUTECH R3 Agenda, to improve areas of today’s industries in the Advanced Industrial Sustainability by Improving Energy Efficiency and Productive Resources. In this project, SISTRADE plays the role of a technology developer, working alongside with other partners, with IDEPA and DEMOSCORE as demonstrators.

It intends to act in the IoT, improving and exploring the possibilities of shopfloor sensorization, particularly on the sensors and data acquisition in today’s 4.0/5.0 industries age. On the other hand, the intent is to work on energy efficiency, sustainability and circularity improvements, and in the analytic data on the predictive maintenance and product quality.

Goals:
Advance4i aims to develop and test PPSs (Processes, Services, and Systems) in a real industrial environment

PPS 1: A creation of a flexible and Plug and Play platform, that will improve and boost the data exploitation of the sensors.

PPS 2: Create a module for energy efficiency and sustainability, that will integrate advanced tools with IA to perform analyses and provide information on the productive work.

PPS 3: Create a module for predictive maintenance, that can improve the equipment availability and is productive efficiency.
