On 31 October, a delegation of INEGI, IEP, and ISEP members visited IDEPA’s facilities. Members of IEP and ISEP, who had not yet had the opportunity to see the company, toured the factory.
INEGI presented IDEPA’s circularity and operational efficiency baselines and took the opportunity to ask the company questions about some of the data.
IEP and ISEP carried out an Energy Audit to understand the company’s energy consumption and exploit the data obtained through energy efficiency measures, reducing costs by analyzing data from energy consumption and increasing efficiency by increasing the availability rate of equipment, predicting failures and staggering production.
This meeting resulted in new action plans for improving baselines and correcting some data.
