A delegation comprising members from CTIC, INEGI, IEP, and ISEP, moderated by Sistrade, visited the DEMOSCORE facilities on October 28 with the primary objective of conducting an Energy Audit. The purpose of this audit was to understand the company’s energy consumption and explore the data obtained through Efficiency (Energy) measures. The goal was to reduce costs by analyzing data from energy consumption and to increase efficiency by improving equipment availability, predicting failures, and optimizing production scheduling.
This initial assessment by IEP will contribute to an Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Module, using advanced tools to improve energy efficiency in a production environment (software). These tools will be integrated with the production environment, allowing for efficiency analysis, reduction of energy waste, monitoring and economic tracking of energy consumption by product, equipment, process, or factory section, production scheduling for energy efficiency, and energy consumption modeling and forecasting.
Additionally, INEGI presented DEMOSCORE’s Circularity and Operational Baselines, along with KPI results based on the company’s historical data.
