Over the past four years, SISTRADE has played an active role in three major Mobilising Agendas, PRODUTECH R3, AM2R, and TexP@ct, contributing to the digital transformation, sustainability, and competitiveness of national industry. These initiatives culminated in the final agenda events, where SISTRADE presented the main results achieved together with industrial partners, R&D entities, laboratories, technology centres, and sectoral organisations.
Across all agendas, SISTRADE delivered advanced digital solutions in IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Product Lifecycle Management, predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, ERP interoperability, document dematerialisation, digital product passport, RFID, and new digital business models.
Advance4i
Advanced Industrial Sustainability to improve energy efficiency and usage of productive resources
Within the Advance4i project, SISTRADE consolidated an integrated solution to enhance industrial digitalisation and operational efficiency. Implemented at IDEPA (textile) and DEMOSCORE (leather/tanning), the solution includes:
- IoT Platform for rapid integration of heterogeneous equipment and sensors, featuring a drag‑and‑drop interface for defining data flows.
- ReACT Platform for real-time and historical data visualization with alerting capabilities.
- Energy Efficiency Module, identifying inefficiencies and monitoring consumption through real and virtual zones integrated with Energy X.
- Predictive Maintenance Module, supported by an LLM trained on equipment manuals to deliver fast, accurate responses.
Industrial validation confirmed the solution’s applicability and its positive impact on competitiveness.
Design2Transform
Digital Solutions for Life Cycle Management and Sustainable & Circular Product Development
In Design2Transform, SISTRADE delivered a comprehensive PLM system validated at JPM (intralogistics) and CEI (ornamental stone). Key components include:
- Requirements Management Module for centralized capture and tracking of product requirements.
- Lean DfX Module, promoting DfM, DfA, DfMod, DfC, DfS and DfCir methodologies.
The solution demonstrated strong value in digitalizing product development and supporting sustainable, modular, excellence‑driven design practices.
SmartIL
Intelligent Interoperable Robotic Intralogistics and Quality Control platform solutions for Industry
SISTRADE led PPS46, developing S1000Decoder, deployed at OGMA. The platform enables:
- Automatic comparison of S1000D documentation with colour‑coded highlighting.
- Operator‑oriented compilation and structured Excel export.
- Collaborative review management with task assignment and comparison history.
The solution reached production-ready maturity and shows strong potential for adoption in defence, rail, and naval sectors.
SmartStream
Streamlining Production Processes and Product Valorization
Validated at MIRANDA and SRAM, SISTRADE delivered three complementary solutions:
- FlexRFID (PPS62) – Intelligent RFID tracking integrated into SISTRADE ERP.
- Intelligent Document Scanning (PPS78) – AI-based document capture, classification and extraction.
- GreenCloud (PPS80) – Energy monitoring, CO₂ accounting, Digital Product Passport and predictive maintenance.
Real production use confirmed the industrial viability of all three solutions.
D2C
Direct to Consumer
In D2C, SISTRADE developed a subscription-based D2C Platform and a Customer Knowledge & Analytics module:
- Authentication, subscription management and service orchestration.
- Automatic collection of browsing metrics to generate business indicators and personalised reports.
The solution was validated at Tintex and Sofia Godinho, with the latter remaining in production and continuously collecting usage data.
IDS
Data Interoperability
In IDS, SISTRADE adapted its ERP to support automatic, standardised communication between heterogeneous ERP systems based on eBIZ 4.0 and IDS frameworks. The work enabled:
- Automatic inter‑ERP exchange of supply-chain orders.
- Support for subcontracted finishing/dyeing and yarn purchasing processes.
- Secure, sovereign data exchange aligned with sector standards.
This interoperability strengthens efficiency, transparency and traceability across the textile value chain.
